Aanleiding
De Aanbestedende diensten ervaren een structurele stijging in het aantal Woo-verzoeken. Door de combinatie van een toenemend volume en een toenemende complexiteit staan de wettelijke behandeltermijnen en de beschikbare interne capaciteit onder druk. Met name bij piekbelasting, omvangrijke dossiers, complexe juridische vraagstukken of tijdelijke uitval van medewerkers kan de beschikbare interne capaciteit ontoereikend zijn.
De Aanbestedende diensten willen daarom beschikken over een flexibele, schaalbare en deskundige dienstverlener die op afroep een afgebakend gedeelte van de behandeling van Woo-verzoeken kan uitvoeren.

Het doel van de opdracht is het contracteren van één Opdrachtnemer die de Aanbestedende diensten ondersteunt bij de operationele behandeling van Woo-verzoeken.
