Den dynamiske innkjøpsordningen gjelder kjøp av tjenester innen byggeledelse (byggeleder) og kontroll av byggearbeider (kontrollingeniør). Fagområdene som denne ordningen skal dekke er veg, tunnel og elektro og automasjon.
