Details

Øystre Slidre municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for services connected to new general valuations for real estate tax. The assignment includes assistance with the implementation of general valuation of real estates in the municipality, with works from 2028. The procurement is divided into two sub-contracts: Part 1: Professional assistance with general appraisal, including the establishment and calibration of the valuation model, sample taking, training, quality assurance, sample control, valuation of special source properties as well as assistance with public inspections and complaint handling. Part 2: Valuation of energy installations and the power network included in the municipality ́s real estate tax basis, including documentation, quality assurance and assistance with public inspections and handling appeals. Tenderers can submit tenders for both lots or both. The sub-contracts that the host evaluated and awarded quarters separately. The assignment shall be carried out in close cooperation with the municipality, the legal valuation committee and the real estate tax office.
