Sorø Kommune har en vognpark på ca. 200 køretøjer fordelt ud på kommunens institutioner og løbende udskifter ca. 10-25 køretøjer årligt afhængig af bilernes alder og tilstand. Kommunen vil pulje anskaffelse af køretøjer og gennemføre dynamisk indkøb i systemet to gange om året i henholdsvis forår og efterår.
