Herudover kan det dynamiske indkøbssystem også anvendes af AV Miljø, SMOKA og ARC Affaldsenergi / Waste to Energy A/S. Det dynamiske indkøbssystem udbydes i henhold til Udbudsloven, lov nr. 1564 af 15. december 2015, der gennemfører Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets direktiv 2014/24/EU af 26. februar 2014. De ordregivende myndigheder er ikke forpligtet til at anvende det dynamiske indkøbssystem i forbindelse med indkøb af tjenesteydelser inden for de områder, der er dækket af det dynami-ske indkøbssystem.
