Ved nærværende udbud ønsker ordregiver at oprette et dynamisk indkøbssystem for indsamling af frø. Ordregiver har løbende brug for indsamling af frø fra de bedste danske skovbevoksninger og i særligt anlagte frøavlsbevoksninger til brug for en stabil forsyning af sundt og genetisk robust frø- og plantemateriale til skove og plantninger. Oprettelse af det dynamisk indkøbssystem sker i henhold til Udbudslovens §§ 101-108. Udbudsformen følger proceduren for begrænset udbud, jf. dog udbudslovens § 104, stk. 2. Det dynamiske indkøbssystem er opdelt i følgende 4 kategorier: • Kategori 1 – Vest abies • Kategori 2 – Øst abies • Kategori 3 – Vest øvrige nåletræer • Kategori 4 – Øst øvrige nåletræer Virksomheder kan ansøge om optagelse i en eller alle kategorier. I det dynamiske indkøbssystem ønsker ordregiver at optage ansøgere, som efterlever egnethedskravene og som ikke er omfattet af en eller flere af udelukkelsesgrundene. Den oplyste anslåede værdi i denne bekendtgørelse på 17.000.000 DKK (ekskl. moms) er udtryk for ordregivers bedste skøn for den estimerede samlede værdi af alle kategorier for en periode på 10 år. Den maksimale samlede værdi for alle kategorier er 20.500.000 DKK for en periode på 10 år.
