Udbuddet omfatter etablering af et Dynamisk Indkøbssystem for indkøb af SCADA og OT-ydelser.

Der er etableret et nyt fælles SCADA-system baseret på WinCC OA-platformen. Den videre indsats omfatter dels konvertering af Ordregivers resterende anlæg/stationer fra de nuværende SCADA-løsninger til WinCC OA, dels supplerende OT-ydelser til understøttelse af drift, vedligehold og videreudvikling af Ordregivers OT-platform og tilhørende OT-systemer på tværs af Ordregivers forsyningsområder.

Det Dynamiske Indkøbssystem er opdelt i 3 kategorier:

- Kategori 1: Konvertering til WinCC OA - indenfor hegnet (produktionsanlæg).

- Kategori 2: Konvertering til WinCC OA - udenfor hegnet (stationer/små anlæg på distributionsnet)

- Kategori 3: OT - software/service, hardware samt drift og tilknyttede ydelser
