Details

Predmet javnega naročila je: Dobava, postavitev in najem modularnega objekta za začasno izvajanje nujne medicinske pomoči ZD Velenje. Specifikacija naročila je v prilogi razpisne dokumentacije. Pri tem so roki za izvedbo naslednji: - dobava, postavitev in montaža modularnega objekta: najkasneje do 15. 12. 2026. Do navedenega datuma mora biti modularni objekt v celoti postavljen, zmontiran in pripravljen za uporabo skladno s tehničnimi zahtevami naročnika; - najem modularnega objekta do 31. 12. 2027: od dneva primopredaje objekta, ki mora biti izvedena najkasneje do 15. 12. 2026, do 31. 12. 2027; - najem modularnega objekta v letu 2028: naročnik si pridržuje možnost nadaljevanja najema modularnega objekta za obdobje od 1. 1. 2028 do najdlje 31. 12. 2028. Nadaljevanje najema v letu 2028 predstavlja vnaprej predvideno spremembo oziroma opcijo skladno s 1. točko prvega odstavka 95. člena ZJN-3. Cena najema posameznega kontejnerja v času izvajanja opcije ostaja enaka.
