Predmet naročila je dobava električne energije iz obnovljivih virov energije za naročnikove poslovne objekte oz. za vsa merilna mesta, kot so navedena v prilogi Specifikacije zahtev naročnika (PRILOGA D/1c), v skladu s potrebami naročnika, zahtevami iz te dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila (v nadaljevanju: dokumentacija JN) in Specifikacijo zahtev naročnika. Delež električne energije, pridobljene iz obnovljivih virov mora znašati 100 % dobavljene električne energije. Izbrani dobavitelj bo dolžan električno energijo dobavljati tudi za druga (nova) merilna mesta, ki se bodo vzpostavila v času veljavnosti pogodbe.
