Predmet naročila je: - obnovitev letne pristojbine paketov licenc za Esri ArcGIS in UT For ArcGIS, ki jih ima naročnik trenutno v uporabi, ter vzdrževanje GIS za obdobje treh let, - tudi možnost dokupa licenc za uporabnike in okolje sistema GIS, - tudi možnost dokupa aplikacije GIS za upravljanje optičnega omrežja, - tudi možnost dokupa mobilne aplikacije GIS. V naročila so vključene tudi prilagoditve in nadgradnje GIS, ki pomenijo vsako izboljšano, popravljeno ali novo verzijo dela ali celote GIS. Pogodba se bo, razen za obnovitev letne pristojbine paketov licenc za Esri ArcGIS in UT For ArcGIS, ki jih ima naročnik trenutno v uporabi, ter vzdrževanje GIS za obdobje treh let (prva alineja), sklenila za čas od podpisa do 24.12.2029. Za obnovitev letne pristojbine paketov licenc za Esri ArcGIS in UT For ArcGIS, ki jih ima naročnik trenutno v uporabi, ter vzdrževanje GIS za obdobje treh let se bo pogodba sklenila od 24. 12. 2026 do 24. 12. 2029 in v zvezi s to alinejo pogodbeni roki ne začnejo teči prej kot 24. 12. 2026, skladno s potekom trenutne veljavnosti vzdrževanja obstoječih licenc.
