IKT Agder, som oppdragsgiver for denne konkurransen, gjennomfører en anskaffelse av en felles, skybasert løsning (SaaS) for digitalt stoffkartotek. Løsningen skal benyttes av Agder fylkeskommune, deltakende kommuner og øvrige virksomheter omfattet av anskaffelsen.

Anskaffelsen skal bidra til bedre etterlevelse av lov- og forskriftskrav knyttet til håndtering av kjemi-kalier, styrke virksomhetenes arbeid med HMS og internkontroll, samt legge til rette for en mer stan-dardisert, effektiv og kostnadseffektiv forvaltning på tvers av de deltakende virksomhetene.

Løsningen skal blant annet understøtte registrering og håndtering av kjemikalier, tilgang til og oppda-tering av sikkerhetsdatablader (SDS), risikovurderinger, eksponeringsregister, rapportering og rolle- og tilgangsstyring.

Agder fylkeskommune kunngjør bare konkurransen på vegne av IKT-Agder som er oppdragsgiver.
