Deze aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het onderdeel BOVO-procedure van het VO Platform Haaglanden. De volgende 10 besturen trekken samen (voor de VO-locaties in de regio Haaglanden) op in de BOVO-procedure en nemen gezamenlijk deel aan deze aanbesteding:

1. St. VO Haaglanden;

2. St. Lucas Onderwijs;

3. St. Scholengroep Spinoza;

4. St. Vrije Scholen Zuidwest Nederland;

5. Stichting Yuverta;

6. Ver. Het Vrijzinnig-Christelijk Lyceum;

7. Ver. Het ‘s-Gravenhaags Christelijk Gymnasium Sorghvliet;

8. GSR – Vereniging voor Gereformeerd VO in de Randstad;

9. St. voor Islamitisch Voortgezet Onderwijs Randstad (Avicenna College);

10. St. voor Innovatief Islamitisch Onderwijs (Aida College)

De deelnemende besturen willen gezamenlijk komen tot één regionale digitale inschrijfapplicatie, gekoppeld aan de bestaande BOVO-/OT-procedure. Doelen daarvan zijn onder andere:

  • Meer uniformiteit voor ouders;
  • Vermindering van administratieve lasten;
  • Efficiëntere gegevensverwerking;
  • Betere aansluit
