Details

The World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office in Tunisia invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the diagnosis and design of a One Health Integrated Disease Surveillance System (RFP/TUN/2026/09). Carried out in support of the Ministry of Health and within the framework of the Pandemic Fund-supported project, this assignment aims to strengthen Tunisia’s capacity for early detection, preparedness and response to public health threats. The selected firm will provide expert advice on the assessment of existing surveillance arrangements, the design of an integrated, interoperable and sustainable national system across human, animal and environmental health, and the strengthening of national capacities. Implementation of the system will remain the responsibility of national partners. The assignment is planned from 1 December 2026 to 15 November 2027. Interested firms are invited to review the full RFP documents and to submit their proposals, in English or French, through the UNGM e-tendering portal by 13 November 2026, 12:00 midnight (UTC+1). Requests for clarification may be submitted through the UNGM “Correspondence” tab by 09 November 2026."

  • Read the full notice and every attached document, including the scope, specifications and any bill of quantities or terms of reference.
  • Check the eligibility criteria — prior similar experience, annual turnover, certifications and registrations — and make sure you qualify before investing effort.
