RFP/KEITI/2611/73 - Develop and Produce Short Films on Waste Management

UNDP Sri Lanka is implementing the project ‘Scale-up and Sustain the Low-Carbon Municipal Solid Waste Management and Resource Recovery in Sri Lanka,’ in partnership with the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government (MoPAPCLG). The project promotes sustainable, low-carbon, and locally appropriate MSWM solutions in selected Local Authorities (LAs) in the Central and Sabaragamuwa Provinces, including the pilot sites of Gampola and Balangoda. Please refer to the TOR for details. A component of this project includes advocacy to promote and reinforce habits of waste segregation, waste management and social responsibility. To this end the project is developing a (primarily) digital communications campaign to bring visibility for project activities and raise awareness regarding, good habits, best practices, to manage our household, and personal waste.

In this context, UNDP Sri Lanka, plans to engage a qualified service provider (the firm) to develop and produce 3 compelling, creative short films, that are thought provoking and invokes a strong emotional response, and encourages social responsibility and ownership, translating to behavioural change.

Please refer the ToR for details.
