This work is for the Determinations team within Te Whakatairanga Service Delivery at MBIE. This team provides end-to-end services for the management of Determinations under the Building Act 2004. Determinations are a quasi-judicial and tribunal function that provides a means of resolving disputes about whether particular matters comply with the Building Code or a Council’s exercise of certain powers of decision under the Building Act.
