Dette udbud angår tildeling af en 2-årig rammeaftale vedrørende levering af tankkort som betalingsløsning til indkøb af diesel til Ordregivers Køretøjer fra Leverandørens netværk af tankanlæg i udlandet (Europa). Ved udlandet forstås lande i Europa uden for Danmark, Grønland og Færøerne. Omfanget af leverandørens netværk af tankanlæg i udlandet er en del af tilbudsevalueringen. Leverandøren skal, som en del af Aftalen, løbende udstede det nødvendige antal tankkort til brug for betaling for diesel mv. på leverandørens netværk af tankanlæg i udlandet. Leverandøren skal desuden dagligt fremsende informationer vedrørende brug af tankkort til FMI, som nærmere specificeret i udbudsmaterialet. Det forventede årlige træk på rammeaftalen vurderes at være ca. 200.000 liter diesel og evt. ca. 25.000 liter benzin. Disse tal er baseret på FMI’s erfaringstal fra 2023-2025.
