I forbindelse med Ordregivers udløb af nuværende forsikringsaftaler den 31. januar 2026, udbyder Ordregiver sin forsikringsportefølje for Bygning, Entreprise, BAR, Løsøre, Erhvervs- og produktansvar, Professionelt ansvar, Retshjælp til administrationen, Arbejdsskade, Auto og Ulykke. DAB og Lejerbo og er i dag én administrationsorganisation med navnet DAB-Lejerbo. De to organisationer fusionerede den 1. juni 2025 og har i dag omkring 95.000 lejemål og mere end 100 boligorganisationer i administration, dermed er DAB-Lejerbo den største aktør i den almene sektor med placeringer i hele landet. I forbindelse med fusionen af de to administrationsorganisationer blev deres administrationsorganisationers forsikringer ligeledes samlet. Den samlede administrationsorganisation af DAB-Lejerbos forsikringer er omfattet af nærværende EU-udbud.
