I udbuddet vil SGAV lægge screeningsdelen af en stor del af de markblokke og tilhørende korttemaer, som skal 1. behandles, ud til leverandøren. Denne screening skal ske efter speci-fikke retningslinjer, jf. nærværende Bilag 1 (Situationsbeskrivelse) og Bilag 3 (Screeningsin-struks). Der er tale om screening af et afgrænset antal markblokke på 60.000 – 120.000 årligt, da SGAV selv håndterer visse markblokke f.eks. på grund af deres høje kompleksitet, hvis der er ændringsforslag til markblokken, eller hvis analyser viser, at der er stor sandsynlighed for, at markblokken eller et tilhørende korttema skal rettes. Efter leverandørens screening vil SGAV selv redigere de markblokke og tilhørende korttema-er, hvor der er behov for redigering. Leverandøren skal dog opdatere visse attributdata for alle de screenede markblokke, som beskrevet i Bilag 4 (Snitfaldebeskrivelsen). Vurdering af markblokkene og de tilhørende korttemaer hos leverandøren skal især ske på grundlag af ortofotos fra de seneste tre år, visse attributdata på markblokkene og de tilhøren-de korttemaer samt markindtegningerne fra ansøgerne.
