Udbud med forhandling vedrørende anskaffelse af ENTREPRISEKONTRAKT OM UDFØRELSE AF BYGGE- OG ANLÆGSARBEJDE PÅ hhv. Station Lyngerup og Station Ølstykkegaard

Udbuddet er opdelt i følgende delaftaler:

  • Delaftale 1: Opførsel af 132 kV station Lyngerup, terræn, fundamenter, AC-bygning, samt demontering af nu-værende station
  • Delaftale 2: Opførsel af 132 kV station Ølstykkegaard med terræn, GIS-bygning (2 – etager, teknisk bygning, In-situ-/Element-/stål montage), samt 2 transformerfundamenter.

Udbuddet er opdelt i to delaftaler. Ansøger skal ansøge om prækvalifikation samlet for begge delaftaler, og prækvalifikation sker samlet for begge delaftaler. En prækvalificeret tilbudsgiver skal afgive tilbud på begge delaftaler. Det er således ikke muligt at ansøge om prækvalifikation eller afgive tilbud på alene én delaftale.

Tilbuddene evalueres samlet på tværs af de to delaftaler. Ordregiver foretager ikke særskilt tildeling af delaftalerne. Begge delaftaler tildeles den tilbudsgiver, hvis samlede tilbud for begge delaftaler vurderes som det økonomisk mest fordelagtige tilbud i overensstemmelse med afsnit 4.

Tildeling af delaftale 1 er således betinget af samtidig tildeling af delaftale 2 til samme tilbudsgiver og omvendt.
