Le bureau de l’Organisation mondiale de la Santé compte organiser une réunion sur la sécurité routière les 9 et 10 novembre 2026 à Grand Tunis sur la sécurité routière.

A cet égard, nous cherchons un hôtel qui peux répondre aux besoins suivants :

  • Pause-café, déjeuner, eau minérale, ainsi que la mise à disposition d’une salle de réunion équipée de matériel audiovisuel.

1. Salle de réunion et restauration

  • Nombre de participants : 110 personnes le 9 novembre 2026 et 65 personnes le 10 novembre 2026
  • Pause-café du matin : à servir chaque jour à 10h30, pour 110 personnes le premier jour et 65 personnes le deuxième jour.
  • Pause-café légère de l’après-midi : café et thé, à servir chaque jour pour 110 personnes le premier jour et 65 personnes le deuxième jour. L’horaire à confirmer ultérieurement.
  • Déjeuner : buffet à servir à 13h00, pour 110 personnes le premier jour et 65 personnes le deuxième jour.
  • Eau minérale : deux bouteilles de 1 litre par table.
  • Salle de réunion : une salle spacieuse, adaptée au nombre de participants et permettant d’aménager cinq groupes de travail le premier jour pour les travaux de groupe.
  • Matériel audiovisuel : vidéoprojecteur, écran de projection, paperboard, microphones, blocs-notes, stylos et connexion Wi-Fi à haut débit.
  • Assistance technique : présence d’un informaticien au démarrage de la réunion.

2. Hébergement

Hébergement en demi-pension pour 20 personnes, avec arrivée le 8 novembre 2026 et départ le 10 novembre 2026.
