L’OMS sollicite une offre de prix détaillée pour l’organisation d’une réunion prévue du 02 au 06 Novembre 2026 à Sfax.
Nous recherchons un hôtel pouvant répondre aux besoins suivants : pauses-café, déjeuner, eau minérale, ainsi que la mise à disposition d’une salle de réunion équipée du matériel audiovisuel nécessaire. Veuillez trouver ci-dessous les détails spécifiques à inclure dans votre offre :
1. Salle de réunion et restauration
Nombre de participants prévus: 17 personnes
Pause-café du matin: à servir à 10h30
Pause-café légère de l’après-midi: à servir à 15h00
Déjeuner: buffet prévu à 13h00 pour 17 personnes
Eau minérale: deux bouteilles d’eau minérale de 1 L chacune par table
2. Salle de réunion
Une salle spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée, pouvant accueillir l’ensemble des participants.
3. Matériel audiovisuel et fournitures
La salle devra être équipée des éléments suivants : Vidéoprojecteur Écran de projection Paperboard (Flip Chart) Microphones Blocs-notes et stylos Connexion Internet Wi-Fi haut débit
4. Assistance technique et services d’impression
Présence d’un informaticien lors du démarrage de la réunion afin d’assurer l’assistance technique nécessaire. Nous aurons également besoin d’un service d’impression d’environ 80 copies le premier jour de la réunion. Si ce service est disponible, nous vous remercions de bien vouloir l’inclure dans votre devis.
5. Hébergement
