United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Supply Unit (Yangon) in Myanmar is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for Services, Guidelines for DAP delivery to RBA yard Jebel Ali, Dubai, United Arab Emirate, the Guideline for DAP Moerdijk, the Netherland Delivery of Non-EU Cargo, and Eligibility Criteria as set out in this Request for Quotation No. 26/HCR/MMR/SUP/RFQ/012, FOR THE PROVISION OF DELIVERY SERVICE UNDER DELIVERED AT PLACE (DAP) OR COST AND FREIGHT (CFR) INCOTERMS FOR EXPORTING FIVE (5) LIGHT VEHICLES FROM YANGON TO EITHER JEBEL ALI, DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES OR MOERDIJK, THE NETHERLANDS.

We would appreciate receiving your quotation by or before 27 August 2026 at 23:59 hrs . Myanmar Time by e-mail in PDF format only to Yangon Supply Unit at [contact details removed]. Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of (10) Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.

Please indicate in the e-mail subject field:

- Name of your firm

- Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2)

Your quoted price should be valid for 90 days from the deadline for submission. And the offered price must remain unchanged for the duration of the Purchase Order.

UNHCR’s temporary payment terms are within 30 days after receipt of invoices along with supporting documents following satisfactory completion of work. The payment will be through bank transfer, and the bank account name should be the same as the name of the bidder’s company.

Local suppliers who wish to submit their offers in USD will receive payment in the MMK equivalent, using the applicable UN Operational Rate of Exchange (UNORE) at the time of payment, in accordance with UNHCR procedures.
