Deze aanbesteding betreft de instelling van een dynamisch aankoopsysteem (DAS) voor opdrachten voor strategisch bestuurlijk advies. Opdrachtgever heeft regelmatig behoefte aan de inzet van externe expertise. Opdrachtgever wil in contact komen met zowel ondernemingen als ZZP'ers. Door u aan te melden voor kwalificatie maakt u kenbaar dat u belangstelling heeft voor opdrachten. Als Opdrachtgever behoefte heeft aan expertise voor strategisch bestuurlijk advies, ontvangen de gekwalificeerde partijen de Nadere offerteaanvraag. Er wordt pas een overeenkomst gesloten als er daadwerkelijk gunning plaatsvindt. Gekwalificeerde partijen hebben daarom geen recht op opdrachten. Dit DAS is eerder gepubliceerd geweest op Tenderned. Daarna is het DAS op 4-12-2020 opnieuw gepubliceerd in verband met migratie naar de Aanbestedingssoftware van Mercell. Gebleken is dat het publicatieformulier een error gaf. Daarom is het DAS opnieuw gepubliceerd.
