Deze aanbesteding betreft de instelling van een dynamisch aankoopsysteem voor het plaatsen van opdrachten binnen dit systeem voor de inzet van externe expertise vop het terrein van Financial Engineering ten behoeve van de aanbestedende dienst, provincie Zuid-Holland. Hierna te noemen Opdrachtgever.

Opdrachtgever heeft regelmatig behoefte aan de inzet van externe expertise. Opdrachtgever wil daarom graag in contact komen met partijen (zowel ondernemingen, als ZZP'ers) die, op basis van vooraf gestelde kwalificatie criteria, in aanmerking willen komen voor toelating tot een leveranciersdatabase, hierna te noemen het dynamisch aankoopsysteem.

Door u aan te melden voor kwalificatie maakt u kenbaar dat u belangstelling heeft voor mogelijke opdrachten. lndien opdrachtgever behoefte heeft aan expertise voor financieel toezicht op gemeenten, gemeenschappelijke regelingen en waterschappen, ontvangen alle tot het dynamisch aankoopsysteem toegelaten partijen een offerteaanvraag. Kenmerk van het dynamisch aankoopsysteem is dat er pas een overeenkomst gesloten wordt op het moment dat er daadwerkelijk op basis van de ingediende offertes gunning plaatsvindt. Tot het dynamisch aankoopsysteem toegelaten partijen hebben derhalve geen recht op opdrachten.
