The Embassy of the United States of America in Moscow is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide Low voltage diesel standby generators planned maintenance and inspection services. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. An organized site visit (highly recommended) has been scheduled for September 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Moscow time) at Square of Donetsk People's Republic, bld. 1, Moscow, Russia 121099, U.S. Embassy in Moscow. Offerors interested to attend should e-mail a company name and its representative’s name, surname, date of birth, citizenship information to the following e-mail address: [contact details removed], no later than September 15, at 16:00 p.m. Moscow time. Quotations are due on or before 6-00 p.m. local Moscow time on September 25, 2026. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
