The main purpose of this work is to increase the security compliance and accommodate the increase in staff numbers and tactical equipment. These works will be undertaken in a live operational and therefore experience of operating in live environment is essential. These works will be carried out over 2-month period from January to March 2027. The scope of Works for the Main Contractor will be fully documented in the tender document, however, will include the following activities: • Temporary relocation of tactical and office equipment prior to demolition works • Demolition of an existing wall in the Tactical Storeroom and removal of existing joinery • Demolition of existing joinery in the Muster Room • Installation commissioning of electronic security components (including access control and CCTV) • Installation of racks, data outlet, power points and Wireless Access Point (WAP) and port assignment so that the Operational Asset Management (OAMS) • Coordination with ICT, FF&E and Security suppliers • Provide As-Built Drawings and Certificate Practical Completion Respondents must meet the mandatory preconditions noted in the RFP.
