Details

Předmětem zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcové dohody. Rámcovou dohodu uzavře zadavatel se třemi dodavateli, jimž budou následně zadávány dílčí veřejné zakázky postupem dle § 132 odst. 3 písm. c) ZZVZ (tedy kombinací postupů s obnovením a bez obnovení soutěže) a dle pravidel uvedených v zadávací dokumentaci. Předmětem dílčích veřejných zakázek jsou dodávky kolejnic tvarů (profilů) 49E1, 60E2 a R65 z oceli třídy R260 do organizačních složek zadavatele na území České republiky pro zabezpečení provozuschopnosti železniční dopravní cesty, pro opravu a údržbu tratí dle požadavků organizačních jednotek zadavatele, případně dle potřeby zadavatele též pro investiční akce. Kolejnice budou dodávány v obvykle vyráběných délkách pro bezstykovou kolej (minimálně 74 m), a to včetně naložení, přejímky a dopravy na místo určení (vyjma vyložení materiálu v místě určení). Pro stykovanou kolej v základních vyráběných délkách: • v délce 20 m pro tvar R65, včetně zkrácenin; • v délce 25 m pro tvary 49 E1, 60 E2 a R65, včetně zkrácenin.
