Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody na zajištění služeb pro zadavatele spojených se zabezpečením zahraničních služebních/pracovních cest zaměstnanců zadavatele a dalších osob zadavatelem určených (dále jen „služby“). Jedná se o tyto služby: a) Zprostředkování nákupu, rezervace a změn rezervace letenek a jejich elektronického doručení b) Do momentu vystavení letenky zdarma, možnost provedení těchto změn: • změna jména účastníka, • změna data a času odletu a příletu, • zrušení rezervace. c) Rezervace kombinovaných letů d) Sledování termínů vystavení letenek e) Upozornění na blížící se vypršení platnosti rezervace, změny v rezervaci nebo ceně letenky f) Vystavování letenek g) Elektronické doručení letenek h) Doručení tištěných cestovních dokladů do sídla zadavatele i) Telefonická služba j) Zajištění jízdenek na vlak, autobus, trajekt a ostatní přepravu v zahraničí, nákup, rezervace a změna rezervace jízdenek k) Zajištění ubytování v zahraničí, nákup, rezervace a změna rezervace ubytování Zprostředkováním, případně zajištěním, se rozumí pro účely této veřejné zakázky taková jednání účastníka, při kterém učiní veškeré nutné kroky potřebné k nákupu dokladů nebo služeb dle požadavků zadavatele, a to včetně realizace vlastních nákupů těchto dokladů nebo služeb. Na základě tohoto zadávacího řízení bude uzavřena rámcová dohoda (dále jen „dohoda“) ve smyslu § 131 ZZVZ, která bude v souladu se zadávacími podmínkami. Dohoda bude uzavřena s jedním účastníkem zadávacího řízení. Dohoda bude uzavřena na dobu 4 let s vybraným dodavatelem nebo do vyčerpání maximální částky plnění.
