Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je pořízení 1 ks osobního vozidla, a to dle technických podmínek a požadavků uvedených v Přílohách č. 2 a 3 této zadávací dokumentace. Zadavatel požaduje dodání nového vozidla. Nové vozidlo je definováno v souladu s § 19 zákona č. 235/2004, o dani z přidané hodnoty, jako motorové pozemní vozidlo se zdvihovým objemem motoru větším než 48 cm3 nebo s výkonem větším než 7,2 kW, pokud bylo dodáno do 6 měsíců ode dne prvního uvedení do provozu nebo má ke dni uskutečnění dodání najeto méně než 6000 km.
