The Government of the Republic of Zambia through the Ministry of Finance has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the SADC Regional Statistics Project implemented by the Zambia Statistics Agency and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Three (No.3) 4x4 Double Cab Motor Vehicles .

The Zambia Statistics Agency (ZamStats) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Three (No.3) 4x4 Double Cab Motor Vehicles as follows:

Bidding will be conducted through Open National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018, November 2020 and September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain information, inspect and collect the bidding documents from the Zambia Statistics Agency (ZamStats) Head Office, Ground Floor, Corner John Mbita/ Nationalist Roads. Procurement and Supplies Unit.

5. Sealed bids clearly marked “ TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THREE (NO.3) 4X4 DOUBLE CAB MOTOR VEHICLES FOR ZAMBIA STATISTICS AGENCY, REF: ZM-ZAMSTATS-554307-GO-RFB ” must be deposited in the tender box situated at Zambia Statistics Agency (ZamStats) Head Office, Ground Floor, Corner John Mbita/ Nationalist Roads, LUSAKA on or before Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 at 10:00 hours local time. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED . Tenders will be opened thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
