Předmětem VZ je pořízení 450 tun sušeného odtučněného mléka (dále také jako „SOM“) a jeho ochraňování. SOM bude jako součást státních hmotných rezerv majetkem ČR. Správa státních hmotných rezerv (dále také „SSHR“ nebo „Správa“) jako zadavatel zajišťuje, v souladu se zákonem č. 97/1993 Sb., o působnosti Správy státních hmotných rezerv, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, obranyschopnost a obranu státu, odstraňování následků krizových situací a ochranu životně důležitých hospodářských zájmů státu. Předmět VZ je v souladu s ust. § 35 zákona rozdělen na 3 (tři) samostatné části: 1. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 150 tun sušeného odtučněného mléka. 2. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 150 tun sušeného odtučněného mléka. 3. část VZ: Dodávka a ochraňování 150 tun sušeného odtučněného mléka.
