Předmětem VZ je pořízení 240 tun masových konzerv z vepřového masa (dále „HR“ nebo také „masové konzervy“) a jejich ochraňování. HR budou jako součást státních hmotných rezerv majetkem České republiky. Správa státních hmotných rezerv jako zadavatel zajišťuje, v souladu se zákonem č. 97/1993 Sb., o působnosti Správy státních hmotných rezerv, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, obranyschopnost a obranu státu, odstraňování následků krizových situací a ochranu životně důležitých hospodářských zájmů státu. Předmět VZ je rozdělen v souladu s § 35 zákona na 3 (tři) samostatné části, a sice: Část 1. VZ: Dodávka, ochraňování a obměna 80 tun masových konzerv. Část 2. VZ: Dodávka, ochraňování a obměna 80 tun masových konzerv. Část 3. VZ: Dodávka, ochraňování a obměna 80 tun masových konzerv.
