Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je dodávka kapalného helia. Předmět plnění – veřejná zakázka – je rozdělen na 2 části: a) Část 1: Helium I. b) Část 2: Helium II. Minimální požadavky na předmět Veřejné zakázky jsou vymezeny technickými, obchodními nebo jinými smluvními podmínkami, které jsou přílohou Zadávací dokumentace. A to zejména Technickou specifikací a závazným Zněním smlouvy.

Helium (estimated 3400000): Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka 3 500 litrů kapalného helia s veškerým příslušenstvím (dále jen „zboží“) v druhu, množství, jakosti a provedení podle specifikace, která bude nedílnou součástí smlouvy jako její příloha č. 1, pro potřeby provozu Vysokoškolského ústavu CATRIN. Lot 2 — II. Helium (estimated 2010000): Předmětem 2.části veřejné zakázky je dodávka 1 580 litrů kapalného helia s veškerým příslušenstvím (dále jen „zboží“) v druhu, množství, jakosti a provedení podle specifikace, která bude nedílnou součástí smlouvy jako její příloha č. 1, pro potřeby provozu vybraných pracovišť Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci.
