Předmětem veřejné zakázky je postupné dodání celkem 7 kusů manipulační techniky (vysokozdvižné vozíky, elektrické plošinové a paletové nízkozdvižné vozíky a ruční paletové vozíky) pro potřeby budoucího provozu Multifunkční sportovní a kulturní hale v Brně (dále jen „MFH“), přičemž zadavatel je budoucím provozovatelem MFH. Součástí dodávky je i doprava manipulační techniky do místa plnění (MFH), uvedení do provozu, zaškolení obsluhy (zaměstnanců zadavatele), a to vždy při dodávce prvního kusu příslušného druhu manipulační techniky a záruční servis (pravidelný servis v záruční době). Součástí dodávky je i předložení veškerých souvisejících dokladů k manipulační technice (návody, servisní knížky atd.). Veškerá manipulační technika musí být nová a jedná-li se o stejný typ požadované manipulační techniky, musí jít o manipulační techniku stejného druhu (nemůže tedy jít například o rozdílné modely); zadavatel nepřipouští dodávku repasované manipulační techniky.
