Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace na první etapu tramvajové trati v ulici Litovelská a tř. Míru, která začíná za železničním přejezdem Nádraží město a pokračuje přes křižovatku ulice Na Šibeníku po křižovatku ul. Pražská. Rozsah řešeného území je uveden v dokumentaci pod názvem „Rekonstrukce ul. Litovelské a tř. Míru“ zpracované ve stupni územní studie, jejímž zhotovitelem je společnost MAAUS s.r.o., Gorkého 51/1, 602 00 Brno, IČ: 09613111, květen 2026. Předmětem dokumentace bude samostatná trať, její potřebné napájení, trolejové vedení a začlenění trati do uličního profilu. Dále bude řešeno budoucí řešení cyklodopravy, zastávky s přístřešky, komunikace pro pěší (chodníky), přechody pro chodce, výměna kanalizace a vodovodu, potřebné sjezdy a vjezdy k nemovitostem, veřejné osvětlení, světelné signalizační zařízení, napojení na optickou síť města, kamerový systém, odvod srážkových vod, mobiliář a veřejnou zeleň. Součástí je i projektová dokumentace pro provádění stavby přeložek inženýrských sítí dle požadavků jejich správců. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění je obsahem příslušných částí zadávací dokumentace (dále jen „ZD“).
