Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je zpracování Generelu rozvoje Psychiatrické nemocnice v Kroměříži. Generelem se pro účely této zadávací dokumentace rozumí: schéma umístění jednotlivých funkčních součástí daného území, využití uvolněných objektů, řešení objektů nových s návrhem jejich využité a kapacitou, včetně dopravy, komunikačních koridorů a inženýrských sítí, s odborným propočtem investičních nákladů v členění na jednotlivé etapy, postupná modernizace areálu se střednědobým a dlouhodobým výhledem s cílem navržení optimálního řešení přesunu jednotlivých funkčních částí areálu do logicky provázaného celku, včetně komunikačních koridorů a zásobovacích tras, s objemovým řešením jednotlivých částí, etapizací a odhadem investičních nákladů, koncepční návrh dostavby a rekonstrukcí areálu s reflexí na provozní a funkční vazby areálu, bezkolizní pohyb zaměstnanců, klientů a zásobování – modernizaci areálu a jeho objektů s cílem optimalizace rozvržení jednotlivých částí.
