Details
Tato veřejná zakázka byla rozdělena a část zahrnující objekt trafostanice je zadavatelem zadáván v samostatném zadávacím řízení. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je rekonstrukce stávajícího objektu kuchyně, jídelny a části objektu s učebnami Základní a mateřské školy Ostrava, Ostrčilova 10, PO. Na stávající objekt bude nadstaveno podlaží pro provoz druhé výdejny jídla a zázemí výdeje. Současně bude k objektu přistavěn nový komunikační úsek s výtahem a schodištěm spojujícím všechna patra objektu. V celé budově budou nově provedeny veškeré instalace (zejména voda, kanalizace, elektro, slaboproud, vzduchotechnika) a na střeše instalována fotovoltaika. Součástí stavby je i dodávka interiérového vybavení a instalace gastrovybavení. V návaznosti na rekonstrukci objektu budou provedeny přeložky energetických sítí, terénní úpravy a úpravu okolních zpevněných ploch. Účelem stavby je zvýšení kapacity připravovaných a vydávaných jídel v kuchyni a míst v jídelně a zlepšení hygienických a technických parametrů řešených prostor. Po dobu realizace předmětu veřejné zakázky bude výdej obědů (jejichž příprava bude zajištěna externím subjektem) uskutečňován v dočasné výdejně v náhradních prostorech školy. Zadávací řízení probíhá v rámci realizace projektu „Rekonstrukce kuchyně ZŠ a MŠO, Ostrčilova 10, PO - energetické úspory“, který je zadavatelem uskutečňován v rámci 93. výzvy Operačního programu Spravedlivá transformace 2021–2027. Registrační číslo projektu: CZ.10.03.01/00/25_093/0001653.
