Předmětem jsou stavební práce spočívající ve výstavbě staveb pavlačového bytového domu, pěti řadových rodinných domů se dvěma bytovými jednotkami a pěti řadových rodinných domů s jednou bytovou jednotkou, které jsou součástí nově navrhovaného areálu pro seniory ve Velkých Bílovicích. Součástí návrhu je i řešení areálových rozvodů technické infrastruktury, areálových komunikací, a to včetně jejich napojení na stávající dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Dále je součástí návrhu řešení modrozeleného vnitrobloku. Objekty se navrhují jako II. etapa areálu pro seniory, v rámci I. etapy byl vystavěn objekt domova pro seniory.
