Predmet nabave je nabava usluga nadogradnje i razvoja informacijskog sustava HAGRIS-a (unapređenje informacijskih sustava HAPIH-a), za potrebe Centra za stočarstvo, ustrojstvene jedinice naručitelja.

Lots Lot 1 — Unapređenje informacijskih sustava HAPIH-a - Unapređenje Informacijskog sustava HAGRIS IT (CS) (estimated 504000): Procijenjena vrijednost nabave je: 504.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a U procijenjena vrijednost postupka nabave je: 40.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a Predmet nabave je podijeljen na grupe, u ovom postupku provodi se postupak za jednu grupu predmeta nabave. Predmet nabave je nabava usluga nadogradnje i razvoja informacijskog sustava HAGRIS-a (unapređenje informacijskih sustava HAPIH-a), za potrebe Centra za stočarstvo, ustrojstvene jedinice naručitelja, odnosno informacijskih sustava selekcijske kontrole i registracije grla u govedarstvu, ovčarstvu i kozarstvu. U navedenom sustavu evidentiraju se svi podaci relevantni za uzgojno selekcijski rad goveda, ovaca i koza, svinja, peradi i pčela koji se odvija u HAPIH-u. Sustav sadrži podatke specifične za grla uključena u selekciju i kojima se prate proizvodni rezultati. Sustav koriste samo djelatnici HAPIH-a. Iz sustava se kasnije generiraju mnogi izvještaji koji pomažu posjednicima prilikom uzgoja životinja. Podaci koji iz sustava proizlaze temelj su i za genomsku selekciju grla. Detaljne tehničke i funkcijske specifikacije navedene su u PRILOGU I Projektni zadatak S obzirom da naručitelj nije vlasnik izvornog programskog koda za aplikacijski sustav odabrani ponuditelj mora osigurati sve pravne i tehničke pretpostavke (ovlaštenja, osposobljavanje i sl.) za korištenje izvornog koda i projektne dokumentacije, te rad na navedenom aplikacijskom sustavu (Prilog IV). Vlasnik izvornog koda: Ministarstvo poljoprivrede Uprava za stočarstvo i kvalitetu hrane Ul. grada Vukovara 78 10000 Zagreb Ponuditelj je obvezan priložiti ispunjen i ovjeren PRILOG IV Izjavu ponuditelja o korištenju izvornog koda i projektne dokumentacije. -kojom jamči da osigurava sve pravne i tehničke pretpostavke (ovlaštenja, osposobljavanje i sl.) za korištenje izvornog koda i projektne dokumentacije HAGRIS IT sustava , te rad na navedenom aplikacijskom sustavu.
