Predmet nabave je nabava usluga unapređenja informacijskih sustava HAPIH-a, unapređenje AGRIS IT sustava (unapređenje sustava za praćenje osnovnih sredstava eOprema u skladu s Projektnim zadatkom i Troškovnikom, te cjelokupnom Dokumentacijom o nabavi, u kojima su naznačeni naziv, količina, te ostali uvjeti potrebni za sastavljanje ponude. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave naveden je u PRILOGU I Projektni zadatak eOprema. S obzirom da Naručitelj nije vlasnik izvornog programskog koda za aplikacijski sustav, odabrani ponuditelj mora osigurati sve pravne i tehničke pretpostavke (ovlaštenja, osposobljavanje i sl.) za korištenje izvornog koda i projektne dokumentacije te rad na navedenom aplikacijskom sustavu. Vlasnik izvornog koda: H&D info i trgovina Braće Seljana 32, 10 000 Zagreb OIB: 62438519614 Ponuditelj je obvezan priložiti ispunjen i ovjeren PRILOG IV Izjavu ponuditelja o korištenju izvornog koda i projektne dokumentacije. -kojom jamči da osigurava sve pravne i tehničke pretpostavke (ovlaštenja, osposobljavanje i sl.) za korištenje izvornog koda i projektne dokumentacije HAGRIS IT sustava , te rad na navedenom aplikacijskom sustavu.
