Sustav Upisnik trgovaca voćem i povrćem (dalje u tekstu Sustav) Ministarstva poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva (dalje u tekstu Naručitelj) razvijen je s ciljem usklađivanja nacionalnog zakonodavstva s pravnim okvirom Europske unije koji zahtijeva transparentno, učinkovito i digitalizirano praćenje trgovaca (pravnih i fizičkih osoba), koji obavljaju djelatnost trgovine u sektoru voća i povrća. Ovaj Sustav omogućava nadležnim tijelima, trgovcima i drugim zainteresiranim stranama jednostavniji pristup informacijama o upisanim subjektima, izdanim dokumentima te njihovim statusima usklađenosti s propisima. Kako bi se osigurao neprekidan, pouzdan, ispravan i optimalan rad Sustava potrebno je osigurati održavanje i podršku sustavu. Korištenjem Sustava uočene su potrebe za dodatnim funkcionalnostima i prilagodbama postojećih te je potrebno napraviti doradu Sustava. Lots Lot 1 — Održavanje i nadogradnja Upisnika trgovaca voćem i povrćem (estimated 180000): Sustav Upisnik trgovaca voćem i povrćem (dalje u tekstu Sustav) Ministarstva poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva (dalje u tekstu Naručitelj) razvijen je s ciljem usklađivanja nacionalnog zakonodavstva s pravnim okvirom Europske unije koji zahtijeva transparentno, učinkovito i digitalizirano praćenje trgovaca (pravnih i fizičkih osoba), koji obavljaju djelatnost trgovine u sektoru voća i povrća.
