Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave je nabava usluga izrade projektno tehničke dokumentacija i usluga projektantskog nadzora za dogradnju Specijalne bolnice za produženo liječenje Duga Resa u svemu prema priloženom Projektnom zadatku. Usluge u bitnom obuhvaćaju izradu/aktivnosti: 1. Izrada projektnih podloga (AKTIVNOST 1) : PODAKTIVNOSTI: 1.1 Elaborat zaštite okoliša 1.2 Geodetska izmjera postojećeg stanja i izrada geodetskih podloga i elaborata 1.3 Geotehnički istražni radovi sa Elaboratom ili Izvještajem 1.4 Elaborata funkcionalno-tehnološkog rješenja i nemedicinske i medicinske opreme 2. Analiza postojećeg stanja lokacije Bolnice i prijedlog novog prostornog rješenja. (AKTIVNOST 2) 3. Izrada idejnog rješenja odnosno opis i grafički prikaz građevine na katastrskom planu i/ili eleborat kojije uvjet za utvrđivanje posebnih uvjeta i uvjeta priključenja i ishođenje istih(AKTIVNOST 3); 4. Izrada glavnog projekta, ishođenje potvrda glavnog projekta i ishođenje građevinskedozvole(AKTIVNOST 4); 5. Izrada izvedbenog projekta (AKTIVNOST 5) 6. Izrada podloga za dokumentaciju o nabavi za izvođenje radova (AKTIVNOST 6) 7.
