U sklopu projekta sufinanciranog sredstvima iz Mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost, a temeljem Ugovora o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava za projekte koji se financiraju iz mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost, oznake NPOO.C3.1.R1.-I2.01-V1.0143 "Projekt Rekonstrukcija Osnovne škole A.G. Matoša Novalja“, predmet nabave ovog postupka javne nabave je rekonstrukcija i dogradnja postojeće osnovnoškolske građevine: Osnovne škole A.G. Matoša Novalja na adresi Zeleni put 1, 53291 Novalja (k.č.br. 1783/25, k.o. Novalja).
Lots Lot 1 — Rekonstrukcija i dogradnja Osnovne škole Novalja (estimated 4703478.97): Predmet nabave je rekonstrukcija i dogradnja postojeće zgrade osnovne škole sa uređenjem okoliša, na adresi Zeleni put 1, 53291 Novalja (k.č.br. 1783/25, k.o. Novalja). Predmet nabave detaljno je opisan u Troškovniku i projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji (Glavnom i izvedbenom projektu), koji su sastavni dio ove dokumentacije o nabavi. Radovi se izvode sukladno: 1. Glavnom projektu, zajedničke oznake JH-01/25, iz lipnja 2025. godine, izrađenom od Ureda ovlaštenog arhitekta Jurica Robert Hajdarović Haidar; 2. Građevinskoj dozvoli (KLASA: UP/I-361-03/25-01/000181, URBROJ: 2125-06-02/14-25-0018, od 03.07.2025.) izdanoj od Ličko-senjske županije, Upravnog odjela za prostorno uređenje, graditeljstvo i zaštitu okoliša, Izdvojeno mjesto rada Novalja; 3. Izvedbenom projektu, zajedničke oznake JH-01/25, iz studenog 2025. godine, izrađenom od Ureda ovlaštenog arhitekta Jurica Robert Hajdarović Haidar. Budući da zbog veličine datoteka projektno-tehničku dokumentaciju nije bilo moguće objaviti kroz EOJN sustav, Naručitelj obavještava zainteresirane gospodarske subjekte da je istu moguće preuzeti na sljedećoj poveznici: https://licko-senjska.hr/javna-nabava/zupanija/postupci-javne-nabave Projektno – tehnička dokumentacija sukladno kojoj se izvode radovi usklađena je s načelom „ne čini značajnu štetu“ (eng. „Do not significant harm“ – DNSH; dalje DNSH načelo), sve sukladno Uredbi EU 2021/241 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća od 12. veljače 2021. o uspostavi Mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost te drugim primjenjivim propisima.
