Lots Lot 1 — KUPNJA SVJEŽEG MESA- JANJEĆE POLOVICE ZA UGOSTITELJSTVO (estimated 68000): Predmet nabave je kupnja svježeg mesa – janjećih polovica za ugostiteljstvo, sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama i zahtjevima navedenima u Troškovniku, koji čini sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Ponuđena roba mora po kakvoći i zdravstvenoj ispravnosti odgovarati svim važećim propisima Republike Hrvatske i EU te zadovoljiti tražene odredbe - uvjete iz Dokumentacije o nabavi. Na odgovornost ugovornih strana za isporuke roba koje su predmet ovog postupka nabave se na odgovarajući način primjenjuju odredbe važećeg Zakona o obveznim odnosima. Na nedostatke vezane uz isporuku predmeta nabave se primjenjuju odredbe članaka 401. do 408. važećeg Zakona o obveznim odnosima.
