CPV oznaka i naziv: 34142000 OPIS PREDMETA NABAVE: Vozilo je namijenjeno za vuču vozila javnog gradskog prometa: tramvajskih i autobusnih vozila u kvaru. Vozilo koje se nudi i koje će biti isporučeno mora u potpunosti biti izrađeno sukladno pozitivnim propisima Republike Hrvatske i direktivama EU: • Pravilniku o tehničkim uvjetima vozila u prometu na cestama (NN 85/16, 24/17, 70/19 60/20, 79/23, 5/25), • Zakonu o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu (NN 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21, 114/22, 136/24), • Zakon o promicanju čistih vozila u cestovnom prijevozu (NN 52/21) Vozilo koje je predmet ove nabave spada u kategoriju vozila N3G.
