U ovom postupku nabave namjera naručitelja je nabaviti opremu dijagnostičke stanice za obruče kotača tramvaja s ugradnjom (na 3. kolosijek u Tramvajskom servisu Trešnjevka, Ozaljska 105 Zagreb). Tehničke karakteristike predmeta nabave uvjetovane su svojom osnovnom namjenom, dimenzijama i mjestom ugradnje. Nabava obuhvaća: 1) isporuku opreme dijagnostičke stanice, 2) ugradnju na 3. kolosijek na lokaciji Tramvajskog servisa Trešnjevka, Ozaljska 105, Zagreb 3) isporuku korisničkih uputa, uputa za ugradnju, nacrta za korisnike, električnih shema i ostale popratne dokumentacije potrebne za zaprimanje robe nakon ugradnje prema pozitivnim propisima RH, 4) osposobljavanje radnika, 5) kalibraciju sustava, 6) funkcionalno ispitivanje s puštanjem u pogon. Obveza je naručitelja priprema prostora za rad operatera. Ugovor će se izvršavati kako slijedi: - Isporuka uputa za ugradnju, nacrta za korisnike, električnih shema najmanje 6 mjeseci prije planirane isporuke opreme zbog provođenja postupaka javne nabave za pripremne radove koji prethode ugradnji dijagnostičke stanice, - Isporuka dijagnostičke stanice, - Ugradnja dijagnostičke stanice, završetak najviše 2 mjeseca od trenutka isporuke, - Kalibriranje dijagnostičke stanice, - Funkcionalno ispitivanje i puštanje u pogon najkasnije 3 mjeseca od trenutka cjelokupne isporuke opreme i - Osposobljavanje radnika za rad s dijagnostičkom stanicom 14 dana prije planiranog datuma obostranog potpisivanja primopredajnog zapisnika.
