Critical Capability Development for Ex-Country Training on Operation and Maintenance of Solar PV Technology under DWPSD

Procuring agency: Ministry of Education and Skills Development, Office of Secretary. Category: Services (SRFP [FTP] Large - Time Based). Type/Method: NCB, QCBS.

Eligibility: The Training Provider shall meet the following requirements: Valid BQPCA registration certificate. Valid Trade License. Signed Agreement/MoU with a reputed ex-country training institute in India for the specific training program. Submit documents of the proposed ex-country institute, including: Valid Institute License; Valid ISO Certification; Record of similar trainings; Institute profile; CV/profile of Ex-Country Trainer; CV/profile of Local Program Coordinator; Training plan and course content/curriculum; and Training infrastructure details. Preference shall be given to institutes with hostel/accommodation facilities. Ex-Country Trainer: Master’s Degree in relevant field with minimum 3 years’ experience. Local Program Coordinator: Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 1 year experience. Relevant qualification, experience documents and signed CVs shall be submitted with the proposal.
