Estimado licitante:
La Oficina Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) invita a proveedores legalmente constituidos a presentar propuestas para la prestación del servicio integral de catering del XIII Encuentro Nacional de Semilleros de Investigación en Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social, que se realizará el 24 de septiembre de 2026.
El objeto del proceso es contratar un proveedor que suministre alimentos y bebidas para aproximadamente 100 participantes, garantizando calidad, oportunidad, adecuada presentación y cumplimiento de las condiciones requeridas para el desarrollo del evento académico.
El servicio deberá incluir: estación de café permanente durante toda la jornada con reposición continua; 100 refrigerios para la jornada de la mañana (bebida y alimento sólido); 100 refrigerios ligeros para la jornada de la tarde ; suministro de menaje, utensilios, vasos, platos, servilletas y demás insumos necesarios; montaje, atención, reposición, desmontaje y retiro de los elementos utilizados, dejando el espacio en adecuadas condiciones; y cumplimiento de las normas vigentes de calidad, manipulación, conservación e inocuidad de los alimentos.
