A continuación se presenta un resumen del trabajo a realizar:
La OIT elaborará el estudio regional "Trabajo decente y formalización en el sector de la construcción en América Latina y el Caribe: avances, desafíos y perspectivas". El objetivo de la consultoría es sistematizar marcos normativos, políticas, intervenciones y experiencias relevantes en el sector, con el fin de identificar ámbitos de acción para avanzar hacia la formalidad, como parte de la Parte I del estudio. Las actividades comprenden: i) revisar y sistematizar marcos normativos, políticas e intervenciones en la región, incluidas las de la OIT y de organizaciones de empleadores y de trabajadores, con referencia a la Recomendación núm. 204 y a la estrategia FORLAC 2.0; ii) elaborar una matriz de experiencias; y iii) elaborar un plan de trabajo, un borrador y una versión final del balance de políticas y posibles ámbitos de acción.
