Objeto: Contratacao de Empresa para executar auditoria externa de certificacao ao Programa de Certificacao Institucional e Modernizacao dos Regimes Proprios de Previdencia Social do Municipio PRO GESTAO RPPS em conformidade com a Portaria MPS n 185 2015 Portaria MTP 1.467 2022 e Manual Pro Gestao versao 4.1 2026 ou vigente no ato da auditoria. Ciclo de Auditorias e Manutencao Pre Auditoria remota Realizacao de analise previa da documentacao do RPPS remota para identificacao de possiveis inconformidades que possam impedir a certificacao por meio de avaliacao preliminar da implementacao dos requisitos estabelecidos nas tres dimensoes do Pro Gestao RPPS Controles Internos Governanca Corporativa e Educacao Previdenciaria com emissao de parecer conclusivo nos termos do item 2.4.1 do Manual do Pro Gestao RPPS versao 4.1 de 2026 ou vigente no ato da auditoria. Auditoria de Certificacao presencial Realizacao de auditoria completa presencial no Sistema de Gestao RPPS com tempo minimo de 02 dias presenciais para o Nivel II de aderencia com numero de acoes previstos no Manual do Pro Gestao versao 4.1 ou vigente no ato da auditoria sendo efetuada a constatacao de conformidade a entidade certificadora emitira o Termo de Concessao de Certificacao Institucional Anexo 3 do Manual e informara a SRPC MPS pelo sistema Cadprev. Auditoria de Supervisao Manutencao Realizacao de 2 duas auditorias de supervisao remota referente ao Nivel II conforme Manual do Pro Gestao 4.1 item 2.3.2 ou vigente no ato da auditoria a serem realizada anualmente nos 2 dois anos seguintes a obtencao da Certificacao.
